Receipt Organizer is made by Alexander Landaverde. Most questions fall into one of the four below.

A scan read a receipt wrong

Open the receipt and edit the fields directly — merchant, date, total, subtotal, tax, and category are all editable, and the original image stays alongside them. Records the app was unsure about are flagged for review, and you can exclude those from an export until you have checked them.

Subscriptions and billing

The app is free to download. Three saved receipts, free. Receipt Organizer Pro is $9.99 / month or $79.99 / year.

Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple, not by this app. Manage or cancel a subscription at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or in Settings on your device.

Requirements

• iPhone Requires iOS 18.0 or later
• Mac Requires macOS 15.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later

Your data

Receipts stay on your device; there is no account to recover and no server-side copy. That also means deleting the app deletes its library, so export anything you need first.
