Categories you assign
Every record carries a category you choose. The app does not invent a chart of accounts or guess at deductibility — it stores your label alongside the merchant, date, and amounts.
A review flag that means something
When text recognition is unsure, the record is flagged rather than quietly saved. You confirm or correct the fields against the image, and the record becomes Reviewed. Exports can include or exclude anything still unreviewed.
The image travels with the record
An organizer that keeps only the numbers fails the moment someone wants the receipt itself. Here the original image stays attached, and the accountant package ships images, CSV, recognized text, and a PDF summary together.
No account to organize around
There is no sign-up, no workspace, and no sync. Your library exists on your device, which keeps the organizing model simple and makes the whole app work offline.
